Yes, that is how greed affects. It is always better to stay with a little profit at a time, unless you are a swing trader. If you are a swing trader, then you can leave your trade to run for a very long time but you will need to use a very small lot size.

i think for swing trader, they have a better level of handling greed. the swing trader could easily past the volatile market test and not disturb by any of this. they believe their analysisi and keep it untill the position is closed.

yes this happened for me so many times and to say frankly even i made profit always i have been waiting for more profits and losing all my money by thinking that i still can acheive more profits but now i raelised and we should book our profits as soon as possible

You are right that greed affects us very well in our trades so we need to be careful to take our profit when we make them instead of trying to run for more and using big lot sizes. Greed can make you lost all the profit you have made in the market before.

usually when we take the profit, we will feel exciting and wanting more, if this what happened, don't follow it. just keep your rules, as long you have fulfilled the target, stop the trading, if you still follow it, most likely you've already contaminated with greed.

that means there's still plenty of greed condition that we do in our trade and I think we should do exercises to control themselves in the circuitry of commerce us so we will get success in our trade

greed is bad for all sorts of work we do. we should not develop such passion. i think all the trader are here loose a lot only because of it. so, beware of it guys.happy trading

the I agree with you I too have tried several times to control these emotions, but always fall into the same error cepandant I always be greedy can not stop it, and got the margin call several times
but I will never stop trying, I think the best to control your fear is using the money management and voila greedy no way I have not found how to control it then finally you just follow the good method.

The best way to control your greed is to sit aside and think upon your efficiency till date. Just calculate the amount you have lost due to this bad habit "Greed". Now after you analyze then think upon a new concept. Try to earn just $5 per day, after a week you will have $35 and after a month you will have $140.
Now imagine what is the difference between $140 per month and Margin Call.
