ya sure when our mental condition is not good means our psychological condition is not good then its hard to concentrate in market and if there is less concentration then there is less analysis also and ultimately the result is bad. so i think to do forex we need to careful because if there is fault it leads to loss.
we need change (for better results) constantly in this business. and we have to learn to leave all those negative points/qualities which seriously impact our trading. the tendency to repeat the mistake again and again, even though we know it, is very high so to control our emotions is really a very very big task which should be mastered as soon as possible in order to be a good trader
yes friend its really play a great rule to loss again if we unable to concentrate with our full attention. actually when there is some loss then naturally it happen to unable to keep mind cool and due to recover soon or revenge mentality we enter the market again and ultimately loss again. so its really necessary to keep concentration first and if loss then better not to trade few times.

if a trader simply trades on what he sees based on commonsense approach, then such trader is a successful trader. the moment your mind starts to wander into other areas and starts to forget the basics, trouble starts. previous days' trend are helpful, but keep aside sometime before trading to see what happened in the time between we went to sleep and started the next day's trading. trends might have reversed or extended and may continue or reverse. be realistic in all that we do. i think that will be more digestible than coming to market with some preconceived notions about it.
