You can use Forex as part time or full time business as you like that is depend on your trading experience and your trading method, result, if you can make consistent profit from your trading there is not thing prevent that you to take Forex as full time business.
I will go for full time. Because if you will do it full time then you have enough time to monitor and analyse the market. If you are good enough in analysing the market then you can make good profit. In this way, I think full time is a good option for all people.

when the traders join this business they could do what they want in this business because they are their own boss in this business they could be part time trader and they could be a part time trader to tension here .
when you join this business then it is up to you that you want to trade as a part time trader or full time trader the experience holder are trading life time with this business but some traders are doing the other jobs with this business and they are trading as part time traders .

If you are able to make consistent profitable tradings and have good knowledge and experience of forex trading you can do it full time job. But I think it should be start as part time business when you have got appropriate knowledge and experience of the forex market then you should be adopt it as full time business.
