As my experience as a trader, emotion controll has taken me a long time to make it work on the correct way. First I did not understand why traders used to talk so much about the emotions, but now can confirm as an efficient trader, emotions are as important as a analysing properly the graffics.
I can tell you how i learned to manage emotions, is my method, worked for me and hope some of you can use it!
Do the same operation, at the demo account , than on the real acount. If you are thinking about to close one, not both, and is not for an experimental way, you are being managed by the emotions.

Now i trade as my trading my real account.i think if we have less amount in our demo account, we can learn two pieces well .. money management and emotional control, what kind of way you make a profit. while trading in running conditions we must have best control on our emotions which leads us to the good or bad decisions so if you have good decisions you have good profit or good protection from have loss
Some day loss, some days profit, some days mix and at times no trade. So general the daily trading experience in the forex market is mixed and quite random, that is why you should never be too confident when you are making profit as you have no idea what might follow.
well today my experience was very bad i lost some amount of my money but at the end i got it covered somehow at the end when the peak started to increase in the evening i had been sitting for 3 hours infront of the screen and i just shutdown after getting some recovery of my balance.
