it's tough to say right now but i can say low spirit which means low concentration and when we can't concentrate on analysis then we are losing our money by mistakes it's reality ..so we shouldn't trade during the time we fee low spirit ..there will be lots of chance will come in every single day then we can make profit ..give a small break is wise decisions

yes i have .i think forex a treads comp .so my tread when is sloly it is loss forex
so my forex tread is sprite and tread is strong
when i will in low spirit in forex trade i will take a low break .means i will take a break 1 or 2 days. but i will come to forex as soon possible.
if i get low spirit in forex trading.... i ussually refresh my mind by go to some place we like
and after i ussually will fresh again and ready trading...
