i think no matter how many time we should spent on demo because just matter is our rules of trading our method of trading is because FOrex si a mind game and arisky business so Forex si on rules so when we learn these rules then we can do live trading i think
i even have done demo trade for 6 month before coming into real trade.
other then i recommend you ought to strive it as long because you dont get enough confidence for real trade.

In my view we use demo account for more than one year and then opened real account to continue for practicing to got the psychological trading, than you can get advantage of this market.
At least two months of serious trading in the demo accounts is needed before joining the live trading and it should not be taken lightly and one should not take demo trading as gambling... If you can trade demo accounts seriously then you can do great in your live account because you will have the necessary knowledge and experience.
well there is no such limit to how much time you are to spend in the demo accounts before you can actually go to trading in the real world but my advice is that you must spend as much time in forex demo accounts as much as you can.
