according to my opinion, in this trade market has not any best or perfect time for trading.so you can get anytime any better benefit thorough in the forex trade market but you needed most and important strategy.

i do not think tha there is best time to trade you can trade anytime you want.but before trade you need to analyse market very well and after getting the signal from indicator you should trade
no best time for trading. all time you can trading if you well know about forex. but some trader says London session and the New york session are good for trade. i agree with this comment 50%.Quote:

Actually I am a new member.therefore, always I follow the indicator.
But i think best time for Bangladesh 1:00 pm that means international is 10:00 am
most time i am trading at 1:00 pm
