It depends on what kind of trader you are?. Some always want to make profits quick and they do not wnat to hold the position for a long time but that works for them. Some always wants to hold it till their target is acheived and they will be comfortable with that method.
If I had a lot of free time I usually play the short term.but if we do not have much time then the long term is a wise choice. so depending on how much time we haveQuote:

i think that the both are good and i prefer th short term trading because we follow the chart and profit the max possible as i heard that they can make till 200points in just one hour or but the important thing is short time and we cant always make this quentity with the long term
