I find that traders lose in the trade, I think the main thing that caused the loss was the lack in knowledges, I mean that the knowledge is broad, such as the lack of knowledge on the strategy trader in use, lack of knowledge trader in arranging money, lack of knowledge in the propers as a traders controled yours as an emotions !
Certainly that there are many reasons for losses in the forex but one of it is using the wrong strategies and the analysis for trades and also doing this with big lots and so losses is inevitables so one should be sire that his strategies are right for the currency pairs !

but most trader use no money management and not discipline when trade so they make loss and do that for many times so that be reapetable mistake that trader so so that makes trader got loss and fail and quit in the end
My friend I think there are many reason for losing money in forex, I think the following list could be the main reasons for losing money-
1. Over confidence
2. Emotional trading - that means trading with Greed, Fear etc
3. Lack of knowledge on trading
4. Opnning trading without calculating the risk rewards ratio.
5. Not using the STOP LOSS better say carrying the loss trade. etc
