Making fast cash is not easy, and that too consistently. And in the process of making fast cash we may expose ourselves to more risk leading to more loss. So i feel it is safe to protect our capital and start building the equity slowly.Quote:

By long term trading, you should be talking about leaving your trade to run for more than 2 days and with a target over 150 points. If your trade just targets 50 to 100 points and it ends within 24hrs, then that is a short term trade.
i think for long term trading you will require perfect analysis of the trading because if you do some wrong analysis then it can be very lossful for the long term traders
I actually prefer both of these tricks. When you have less amount of money, you should use short term forex trading. Because it has less risk. But if you have invest a huge amount, then it should be always better to use long term forex trading. Though it has high risk consider to short term forex trading, but it has also a chance of getting higher profits.

you are right, no matters what's strategies we use for scalping, intra day or long term , as long as we can get profit as target so we can achieve our purpose and the important thing how we make it consistent,,,that's the problem
me too, i prefer used short time than long term because i just have a little funds on my balance and also i really like short term, i can get the profit with fast and as long as i do with careful there is nothing problem with long term or short term
the conclusion is it depends to the trader what strategies will they choose
you are right, but i think large margin is very needed by this strategies and how if the trader only have a little funds for it?i used scalping, intra day and also long term and i used them depended to the condition...
