Yea it's surely a nice way to make a reentry into a trend. The only tricky thing is knowing when the pull back is over and the trend is set to continue, otherwise we may run the risk of being stopped out before the market continues in the right direction of movement.

well dear, generally in forex trading I do think that when the market broker any resistance level or previous strong level or the high of the previous trend then you should not jump exactly to trade that cause in most case the price retrace again and after that it is a right opportunity to execute a trade.

Very true, we should not rush into a trade after a big bullish or bearish trend, we should wait for the right moment to enter the market where we are less vulnerable and more likely to make a better profit, entry and exit points are very important and this could mean a loss when a profit could have been achieved.

There something you have to know that trading pullback do happen some take very short time and others take a little time like some seconds and there some pairs Ike eurgbp that take a lot of time and the other you can say that you will have to wait well
Forex trading moves randomly that's why we cannot depend on any single method. We should use different methods to analyze the market properly. We should use 2 or 3 indicators with chart pattern analysis to get further confirmation. Always take care about the important news releases that moves the market sharply.

I just do not like what you are doing it. Since there will never know when the trend will end. maybe other things we can do is to follow the trend. as we all know that we should be patient in getting the right moment. I am not much sure about this thing that we should buy the first pullback. Because sometimes it doesn't come back. I lost so much money because when I saw that market is going rapidly high and then it is turning back I put a sell order and then it again goes up. And I lost money so many times I saw this.
yes that actually a go place some time to place a trade . but one should understand that is not always a win win situation at time if do not calculate well it will not be in your favour . never the less i hardly trade that system . but my friends that do , most of the time the win, for it a good system if you can master it well
