A Perfect Money Management Strategy To Trade Forex.

if i use only 2 or 3% of my acount then for a gud earning i need a gud equity can any one tell me a way i can earn with small equity and will earn a gud earning as a return ,when i use 3% of my acount my lot size is too small and my earning is also small plz help me trders i m new to trading and want to learn mony managment

Every Experienced trader will tell you that you should follow only a minimum of 2-3% of risk on a single trade and you all the trader think that it is too small and you will earn very less profit.



I agree with you but what the most traders and the beginner trades don't know that you can increase your profits by risking only 2-3%. And this possible through ARS MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.




ARS MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM :-




Rules of the system:-



1.) How much lot size you should trade ----> You should open a lot size in such a manner that you have 1000 pips left in your account

For eg:-
0.1 Lot for $100
0.5 Lot for $500
1.0 Lot for $1000
1.1 Lot for $1100 .........and so on. And one trade at a time. (Strictly).


**:- You can use two trades at a time only if you have 2000 pips left in your account and that is as follows:-

$2000 then you can trade as :-

Trade 1.) 1 Lot = 1000 pips

Trade 2.) 1 Lot = 1000 pips
.
.
.
.

and so on.



2.) You should always place a Stoploss and stoploss should be place in such a way that you only loose 2-3% of your capital if it is hit.



3.)Move your Stoploss to breakeven when you gain the profit as much as your stoploss.


For example:- If you are trading on M15 timeframe and you place a stoploss of 25 pips and then you gained more than 25 pips then move your stoploss to the price where you opened the position (Breakeven). So, if the trade reverses back then you will have no loss.




4.) After you move your stoploss to breakeven then you have lift your Only one trade rule and you have the access to trade one more trade of the same lot size. You can trade with the same pair you trade earlier if you think that the signal is strong or you can even trade it on another pair.




Thus, ARS MONEY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM Doubles your chances of profit with only 2-3% of risk.

your MM technique enough good, but how if you studied also technique trading you.. because I newbie still, I am good MM taste without technique trading good would be free;useless

Most of time i use 2%-3% risk and i follow money management in every time. cause maximum forex trader can,t gain and success without money management. so i am follow money management in all time and every professional trader must be use money management in all time.

Money management is of the best thing that can ever happened to the forexing there soo many people don't thing having that best of money management really helps

agar forex ke total number 10 hon to main money managment ko 5 number don ga kyun ke ye aap ki bunyad hay ke aap ne apne loss aur profit ko kese manage karna.is ke baghair aap forex main kamyab nahi ho sakte

good financial management boiling my friend very familiar with that you say in this forum. indeed trade without the use of analysis and strategy will increasingly make us more destroyed and can only make us more successful. therefore we should always be able to manage our finances well so that we would not be affected if the margin close to one of the open positions.

it is good strategy i'm using a similar one and i confirm that
leaving 1000 pips is the best choice

Forex trading is full of risks that is why having a good management plan is very important for every trader and i agree with the lot sizes you proposed with a few small modifications from now and then depending on the risks you are taking according to your technical analysis , but i see that it would be better not to set any fixed stop loss and take profit limits , it would be better if these values are set depending on the results of your analysis of the market , of course without risking more than a small amount of your balance .

Any money management trading system plays an important roll.ARS is the best Money Management trading system.I usually follow this system.You can manage easily your losses with these calculations and lot sizes.20 pips stop loss will give you 2% risk per trade and 30 pips stop loss will give 3% risk per trade.It is a good trading system.
