yes my dear it is obvious that short term forex trading is centered on scalping or for scalpers and i see it as something for people with fear. It doesn't mean that all short term traders are scalpers, because intraday trading too is short term, but the long run determines everything.
well of course for me i think do target long term trading. Good patience so that you can wait for your profit. Anyway its better to trade long and short after watching the market. Some good control over our emotions.

well to me i personally find i am a day trader and always looking for small amount of pip gain and mainly trading with 5 minute chart and use 4 hour chart to identify the trend .long term trading is boring for me i want to trade in fast moving market and take my profits as soon as possible after i gain my target
well my dear actually I consider it will depend on how much time we have in forex market , if we have much time in forex market we can trade in short term but if we dont have much time we can trade in long term so it will depend of you.
well my dear actually I consider trader can trade any term in the forex market trading business.i like to trade the long term forex trading market because it bring big amount of profit to the forex market trader but the lower time frame trader only earn little amount of money in the market
