demo account would be really boring if you will not be associated with the trade on the real acount. if you're lucky, you can make a small profit, they work very well for you. you do not need too much practice on a demo account. just need to know the basics to start trade with real account. you should keep in mind in addition to experience there luck. you can still make money even if you do not have much knowledge about forex.

yes I agree to you. newbie should spend 6 months on trading on demo first before making real trading. if you can trade on demo well on these 6 months we then can make deposit on the real account and start trading.
Those people who are beginners and do not know about Forex and it is trading I think they should work on demo account for some time or until they learned about Forex trading at least they have learned about candlestick patterns.
