The best time to trade is when you can trade profitable. Means first you have to decide which pair you should trade,
then you have to know the market time when I open and when the cover.

best when you open the US market. because of its volatility. Here you will have an opportunity

After a few days of trading I got the idea of a good timing to buy that is at night when we see profit traders
or day traders closing their trades at that time I will buy and the next day between 9 pm and 10 pm

if you see that it is a good setup for trading but I agree that some pairs move fast in this session,
as the eur / usd pair moves fast. in London and new york sessions.
