This depend on your capital and your strategy , but generally I prefer the long term and I use the biggest time frames because the trend is very clear and you will trade without tension.

For me i use the application of long term trading style for now, In the future i can still change it again. I have come to see that every valid thing in Forex works, Just finding a way to use it well is the Key.
