You can be loosing a lot in the market and if you can't concentrate on the trades then there will be a lot of losses for you in the market, there will be opportunities for you as well but you have to take those chances to be a good trader
if i were you, guy, never i take long trades in this situation, to me act follow trend always be the best ways for making profit in trading. i do not know you use more any indicators but MA, but if you want follow long you should find for divergence, it can ensure for long in trend down.
