High leverage lead to higher loss???

Hi my friend, It is good topic. in my point of view, I think Leverage is extra money given by brokers to its clients to enhance the trading capacity of its clients.Also if leverage is used cautiously it can lead to higher gains.Leverage is one of the advantage of Forex trading due to which small traders can make big profits and can buy or sell big lots, it is just like money that traders borrow from broker.Nice trades and green pips, guy.

According to me, high leverage has both advantages and disadvantages. Here the discussion about losses, Yes i agree with thread,
high leverage allows large lot size. In reversal direction, the account will blewed...
But, we should follow money management to avoid this...

In my oppinion, I think forex is the best business. I think higher leverage make you lose your deposit faster. so it is not safe to use higher leverage specially if you are not that good in trading just yet. better use lower lot. at least with lower lot when you lose it is easier to recover.We have to use the leverage carefully as it could lead to the huge loss in the account balance. We have to make sure that we are able to do the trading for a long time and thus along with the use of the high leverage it actually becomes mandatory to make the use of the stop loss on all the orders.. Yes there is no doubt about it.High leverage and high volume can kill our account capital very quickly.So keep both of them according to your capital.High leverage is always very dangerous for us.Good Luck

This is absolutely right my dear friend that a high amount of leverage will be involving a high amount of risk as well, and to be honest Forex is a very risky business market and this would not be a good idea to go with high risk because it might damage your capital and will lead you to frustration it is only good if you have good experience but experienced trader do not do so.

In my oppinion, I think forex is the best business. I think Banks and other financial institutions use much more higher leverages than you can imagine as they deal in millions of lots.If brokers encourage you to trade more it is you who gets chance to gain more profits.
