when I was in low spirits in my forex trading tips and strategies take advantage of the new look with a discussion with a friend or ask the traders who had become master, and read about things pertaining to forex trading is inspiring, so I was like seeing things who encouraged me from forex tradingQuote:

when i fall on sudden losses or my equity is low then i stop watching market and i take some rest and do other thing.that give recreation in mind.i want to forgot or avoid forex trading that time,but when situation is under control then i start again.

In my experience, when I get low spirit in forex trading I usually refresh my mind by reading about successful traders. So by reading that I get some inspiration in one day I will be successful trader too.
Stop trading. Take a vacation a week or two somewhere and stay away from forex all the while. Then, when my spirit returned, review my past trades, my strategy, my money management...familiarizing myself with the old rope for the sake of consistency. Then start trading again.
In my own opinion and understanding and experience in forex trading business, i think that 1 - 2 weeks is not good to leave trading. A few hours or days is just enough for us to come back on track when we have low spirit.Quote:

I continued in circulation for more than 4 hours
when i loss 2-3 trade. then i stop trading for this day. i back in my trade in the next day. its give me spirit to do trade with fresh mind. I think every trader should target a daily vision. when u meet with ur target then stop trading and go for sleep. if u fail to meet your target then u can stop your trade for your next position.
