for the first time i traded i felt very happy when i got some profit and also suffer and bad when i got heavy losing, but if i just keep these feeling then it became my burden too, so i never care for losing or winning let it flow. but always we have to trade with full discipline and be careful.

I think I usually feel devastated , especially if the loss was due to making one big mistake , i will be burning with regret , but that is life and we have to learn how to take these feelings and leave them behind us .
