For me I always prefer short term trading as i feel that in Forex maximum traders like that due to Forex markets is a highest as a level of the volatility .Traders in maximum cases goes for scalping and very few goes for the scalping techniques .I think trading long term needs more experience and thinking plans !

Actually which policy you will apply short term or long term it depends on your need therefore short term is suitable with me i can trade with alittle time to get some profit and then leave this market to enjoy it then long time trading is very profitable and more secure therefore as well as they get a lot of knowledge and develop their skills than they will be able to trader for the long term trading depends upon their experience and strategy
