Some big trader do it because they know at that time some economic news would be released. It's a trading strategy. But I like to put a order by myself watching the chart.

If you follow news then you can choose only news hour because on that time market move too fast. So only news hour is form my best time for trading. And if you follow this time then you don't need to spend more time on trading.

We can trade for 24 hours in 5 days in a week.There are many time for forex trading like morning period,evening period,night period.I think it depends on traders to traders.I like to trade for morning period.But if i want to short time trade then i sit down at night.I think morning is the best time for forex trading.
