as for me i think the main reason Why a trader loss in forex is because they never take much of there time to analysis the movement of the market and also they never wait for a better confirmation but rush into the forex market so with this i think confirmation goes a long way
the most reason why a trader loses is lack of self confidence. and also the beginners suffer from it most. several newbies who have sensible knowledge on forex and could analyze the market well. however will not keep religion with their analysis and hesitate to actually place orders and after that they actually forget their rules and commence trading irresponsibly. rather than analyzing the market they actually are looking for signal upon the web and within the social network and from different sources.
I think a trader loss in forex market first cause lack of knowledge.secondly mistake of money management .
most of time traders loss their position because lack of market knowledge.again having patience is one of the main factor.Most of the traders prefer to scalping.scalping is a good strategy for the beginners but it won't work all the time.sometimes you have to wait couple of days even may be couple of weeks.if you have enough capital and patience to hold the position then you should make some profit.But most of the traders don't wait and try to make several trades.this should be avoid
as for me we really have a lot of reasons why most forex traders lose there money in the forex market but i think the many reason is because of lack of experience because the more we trade the more we learn and understand the forex market
Most of traders like to trade without having any knowledge.They think they can earn good profits after join this.Then invest money and try.But the result is Fail..I have seen many traders use signals.But I think using signals can't help us.Please understand this risk and learn this first brothers.Then you can be an smart trader.Good luck.
I think you are right.At first time we think forex trading is so much easy.So maximum beginner can not learn forex they want more profit from the forex.But I think forex trading depend on the knowledge and experience ,So person can earn more knowledge and gather experience he/she can a successful trader.Otherwise it is not possible
Who traders has not enough knowledge of Forex trading bear the loss in Forex. To save from loss trader should
to educate himself and get the experience and also make the practice on the Demo Account more and more to save
from the loss.
the loss caused due to the lack of trading techniques are mastered and lazy practice diakun demo. because a lot of what people are plunged into the world of forex riches. but this assumption is wrong, because if the lack of strategy and analysis memadahi can also cause loss. in addition to the emotions and psychology of trading is very powerful, easy in theory but in practice it is very difficult to implement proper trading psychology
