Well. I think that there are many reasons of loss in forex market . There are many possible main reasons to the loss. I think they are , lake of business knowledge , trade with high leverage , trade with high risk , become overconfident and depending on indicators.
Have many reason for loss on this market but main reason of loss is lake of knowledge, i think. Many times trader loss their money for emotional trading. Forex trading is very risky business and need to start with good knowledge.
I see that many of the factors could cause the defeat merchant, one of whom lack of information about forex. . essential information for the beginners trading will affect the final as a result. much more as an information gathered the better the results can be obtained !
agr aap forex mein loss nahi karna chatay hay tu aap ko chayie kay aap greedy mat karay aur forex ko achi trha say learn karay , without knowledge aap trading mat karay aur demo account par khoob practice karay aap forex say unlimited money made karnay mein kamiyab ho saktay hay .
mare khayal se overconfedence bhi loss hone ki ak big karon ho sekte hai , jaise ki hame malum hai ki forex market ak changable trading market hai , agar yaha par trading karke lot or profit hasil karne hai to confidence se trading karna chaiye but over confedence nahi ke main ne jis pairs par traded ki hai wo profit hi hogi loss nahi , or emotion ko control karna bhi ak jawruri bat hai forex trading ke time par ,
i agree with all of your points but there a few more that should be described while pointing out the factors causing one the loss he dont expect such as lack of training,lack of knowledge,poor money managment,and opening trades without following news and trend.these are some of the few major mistakes commited by forex beginners causing them to crash.

yeah these are the main reasons for loss but there is also another big reason that people invest less and they try to get bigger profits by making bigger trades and resultantly they lose all the money in their account and they get their accounts floating.then they realise that they have made mistake.so risk should not be taken while trading and small profits should be taken and we should avoid risk with bigger trades.
