I think you have to follow some of its own rules.personally I have some rules.always market.never trying to follow the trend of trying to get your first big profit.at should try for some small profits.if you face any problem then immediately stop loss. it will help you to do your trading.

my advice just,,,discipline and patience,,,and do not make a target, so just do trade as well as you can,
