After a good bullish move the price start it's opposite side move from the price 1.3995 on the GBPUSD targeting the 61٫8 Fibonacci level to complete the correction move so the target in this situation is set at the edge of the resistance around 1.4050 but if the fibo level fails to keep the price above it then we may start to think about an upcoming bearish direction and the price could go towards the support area of 1.3781.

From beginning of the February'2018 GBPUSD pair looks too much volatile, though GBPUSD these kinds of currency which always volatile.
If you look the chart that it looks that it on downtrend. There is more chance to hit 1.3780 but if hit 1.3930 then it will must go more down 1.3780. So its clear that it is on high sell position for a long term for good profit.
