I find that if you set $ 1 per pips then you just need 50 pips per day and it means that you getted as an $ 50 , it is good and safe for your trading and if you want to increase your earning then you can set the lots isze with the higher one, but be careful, increase the lot s then you just increase the risk too !!
For me I guess it depends on how the trader carries on trading, if you use money management rule that is safety, it may result they will getted about a 5 or maybe as a 10% within safe limits. but we can also instantly get 50% profit from existing capital, but we will bear the risk is also quite larged !!!
High profit target comes with high risk too, as money management I think is personal and up to
the traders theirself. What you should do is to know your special characteristic

Per day profits is not really possible in Forex, Traders all know about that when they start Forex trading. Now it is ideal to mention that 10% - 20% is a good amount for a Trader to make as average in Forex in monthly.
It depends on traders experience how much he can get from the platform. An average person or trader should earn $100+ per day with $1000 because it is not a big amount of profit as campare with investment amount.
May be there will be lot more people who will be achieving such kind of profit which you mentioned above but I dont say anything about any trader as I dont know such kind of person, I totally concentrate on my own trading as I am earning good amount from this business, I am attached with this business since 2011 and my ultimate try to get the 10$ per day, I am achieving my target efficiently and enjoying my trading.
that is an average calculation and my be some day u income more than this is or some day not and so average u can easily make 2% tocause low income also affect low loss and so if u face loss than u easily recover the loss.

so I think we just need to average $ 50 profit per day is enough
but a trader wants to earn more then synonymous with risks also increase
Capital is not that matter in my view,if i've a sufficient capital.
One of the key to make good trader is Sufficient Capital.
I see my capital as a percentage.
