That is true for me also, most of the time my orders will be with floating negative profit, and when they turn in to positive i tend to close them with the fear of again turning in to negative side and result in very low profit.

long term is actually called a definite signal and safe, but sometimes we feel this is a very long time, we are impatient in waiting, we want a quick profit. but without a suitable base. should we improve our system to better results.

ya you right patience are very essential for the long term trading....widout patience trading is risky. so we have to control on our emotion and go ahead.....

For the long term tradin we need lots of experience and patience. Money management is also very essential here.If all this skill we have then we can do long term trading.

Yes long term trading goes by keeping positions for weeks to months and it requires good knowledge of fundamental analysis. Whereas short term trading, like scalping involves of technical analysis. Based on the strategy we need to choose type of trading and keeping it open again purely based on strategies...

Well, it is not always the case. If you trade short term with a large amount like 12,000 dollars and you are successful then you will make a lot of money. Our trading balance is the main thing that we can use and make money in forex trading.

Even when using the short term trading we have to remain focused on the long term trends in the markets. I have been trading using the H1 charts and the trends but to tell you the truth it is only the Long term trading that is the most profitable trading option provided you have the required margins for doing so.
