very risky to trade in an unstable market situation .. this happens on some sessions that a sudden jump and fall again this condition is very dangerous for scalper or swing traders .. i am afraid about swings as it can spend very fast profit / loss. in my experience I see the most volatility going before the US market is opened and I agree with you buddy because it is very important to have a good knowledge and a better understanding of this market and previous experience to trade in a volatile market to make profitable trades otherwise, traders should avoid trading in turbulent markets.
