Gold is a very volatile commodity and also it has big spread so you have to be very careful when trading it and the systems that work for most currency pairs also work on gold. The best way to trade gold it the longer time frame since it is calmer.

I never trade gold. I do not have experience how to make analysis on gold. If i think gold i just thinking the correlation gold with the Aud, because i heard australlian dollar have great influence on gold. So, we can see the trend when this pair going trending. If we are have good analysis on both of it we can make good decision. When the Aud and gold indicated same trend, that was the best moment to make position,.
well i do not have much encounter in dealing silver but as according to my statement i think there is always a danger in dealing silver because its cost go up and down more quickly in evaluation with other factors industry.
