At initial days of my Trading i was preferring short term ( mostly day basis) trading, because I thought by trading more trades I can earn huge profit also chances of doubling my money in same day but after facing huge loss I understood that long term Forex trading will give you sure shot profit.
So trade less and from your own fund which will help to hold your position for longer period.

i think short trading is enough and very good to earn a qualify bonus or if you want to run long trade then you must have follow the trading in every way.long trade man sabar karna parta ha trade ko up and down dekhna parta ha and apne apko control man rakh kar kam karna parta jo banda aisa kar sakta ha wo long trade kar sakta ha other wise short trade is the best. for small profit i do it.
For me know short term trading is the best because am a beginner and I have very low capital bases and little experience too. Long term trading is best for traders with a very good capital.

According to me both are equal important for us. Because some people are looking for some quick money. So they just doing some short term project. But they never think about their unexpected risk. But long term project has best stability. So we need to take that option for better solution.
