Adequate capital is necessary for any kind of trading activity. What is adequate depends on individual needs and aspirations. while having a certain amount of capital is good, but how much of it is risked into a trade is very important. Many bring loads of money only to take the same amount back or many times lesser. Intelligent deployment of capital is very important for a trader to make money. Money can always be made, but to regain capital lost is a bit tough and puts lots of pressure on traders. a bigger capital can make one relax and take a long term view only if one has done the home work well in advance. Small capialised traders generally come under pressure, because they have to compromise with many parameters in trading.
In my personal opinion capital can make or break a trading career depending on how it is used in the trade. even well known traders are known to have gone bust for not respecting the efficient usage of capital.
Very true because safe trading is a 3-5% profit per month. If your capital is 100-200 $ then per month is 5-10 $. That amount will not be enough for the necessities of life then a trader will take a shortcut by opening a transaction with a large volume. But by opening a large volume a trader will feel depressed and destroy his trading career.Quote:

And I prefer start trade more than 100$ and I think this is minimum capital you can work by it and gain good profit every month
