In case of having the low spirit of the trading so that it is not good for the instance trading, for this purpose first you need to refresh your self and get a new motto for trading good , for doing that you can study the professional successful traders body.
Whenever i face this condition then i give rest myself for 2-3 days and think where is my mistake. I try to find my mistake and try not to repeat it again come back hard with new spirit.Quote:

I do have the moment that I am in low spirit.When the moment happen to me, I think I will just stop trading.As we all know that the low spirit usually leads a bad decision.So in order to avoid make a wrong decision, I just stop trading.
a real fighter never give up. so i always try to keep my mood in constant during trading forex, controlling emotion is very important to be a successful trader. i never loss my spirit. i try to find out my mistake and try to find out the cause behind it. i think this very important for a trader.
if my mood very low i m trying to do any thing make it high listen to any music give me energy try to out my home.any thing because trading with bad mode will make you reverse negative on the trading and hate it.so try to trade in good spirit to gain any opening trade.and try to not give up and flexible

Of course no body enter in forex only for losing but this is the worst time when we take loss and feel so sad but that is the right time to make yourself strong. After taking loss I analysis my mistakes and avoid to do next time.
yeah,forex factory is very good,i have been using them for the past two years and i must say they are very effective
