200 SMA ?Is it So important?

200 sma acts as a string support or resistance or breaking below or above it can also signal reversal of trend, it or any similar type of analysis works well because market is monstly driven by sentiments and a lots of people use 200 sma even banks and financial institutions, to because everybody is using it, it itself becomes a strong indicator, as major part of market is acting according to it

200 simple moving average indicator mujhe kafi acha lagta hai aur me hamesha is indicaotr ko use karta hon aur mujhe lagat hai ki har trader ko is indicatpr ka use karne ke abd hi buy/sell karna chahaiye
is indicator ko baki indicators ke sath combine karke trading karne seb ahut fadya hota hai

My opinion is its too such weighty because it confirms the trend at every aim. I use H4 charts to trade and alwasy use SMA 200 to describe the trend. Formerly its official i begin into trade and get my share.

MY strategy is similar to this one i use the simple moving average 200 as giving signal with the cci indicator as a filte rand
confirmation to my entry signal but right now i am planing to use the 200 bollilngerband to see the difference.

I think MA 200 not only serves as a dynamic support but can also serve as a dynamic resistant ...
it all depends on the position of the moving average indicator of the price ...

We can say longer term moving average are widely-used to identify trend in short term time frames . Sma 200 is utilized to figure out trend in h1 and h4 charts. When you also use 100 sma it is going to easy to suit your needs for determine trend. If sma 100 is higher than sma 200 it is uptrend and vice versa.
