if you have low sprite in forex then i might be risky to trade.sometime you will feel confuse to trade and will be confused to open position at point.but have solution.the solution is to build confident and to be strong.just keep practice and will get success.
If the spirit of trade and the psychological is not good or not Atager Atager and took profit at the nearest point and moderately to us that we trade in Dharov not bad and we suffer from problems.Quote:

I don't like to trade if I'm in low spirit. I most of the time take rest of few days. I never trade when my mood is not fresh, when i am upset, or when i have short time.
Calm mind and patience iss most neeeded things while doing trading.....and new trader should develop positive attitude.....and if he feel low spirit then he must have confidence ...and should keeps himself emotionally strong
low spirit means clearly frustration ..when someone having low concentrating and frustrating time one should not to trade even not to think about Forex even internet ..we must need to concentration other thing and need some refreshment
