forex trading requires too much patient and time.l m sure when ever any of us loose a trade we always knows the reason.the reason is ourself not the charts or the market.most of the time we will loose cause of our own mistake.so when we loose our mood after keeping on loosing then we have to stand back and fight back again.l m sure people with fighter spirit will always win.
It is important for a trader to take a short break from trading and try to rejuvenate or get back his positive energy by doing what he likes and get high on his spirit to be able to perform good and quality trades in these markets .
Yes it is always better to take a short break from forex trading and try to get your positive energy back by rejuvenating yourself and doing things that you like which is good for you.
When I have a weak mind to trade, I just close the file and I try to update my knowledge and I will listen to music to relax. For me it is better to trade only when I have a good mood to do business and high profits.
when i have low spirit then i would rather not to trade .keep busy with other things which can fresh ur mind .then u can concentrate in Forex again .when u have no concentration and have no spirit then what is the reason for open a deal ..this can make ur frustration higherQuote:

i have not so much time in this trading but yes there is a problem to me that when i sit in front of the pc then i have the problem comes that i am not giving my hundred % to the trading so after some posts i take a break an then after some time starts again, then that is good for me but thanks GOD that i haven't taste a loss. and i'll do my best to save me from the loss.
When I see that I'm getting discouraged in the forex business the best thing is to go to a forex forum and chat with friends, then try to find a new secret about forex then the joy of discovering secret will motivate my spirit to try out my findings abduction that is how I will go back to forex
the spirit of doing business rises and falls forex is something that is often experienced by traders because it if was having a spirit that down then we should try to rest and cool off until the circumstances become normal again and can bring new spirit to be able to continue the business of forex this becomes even better.
spirit which rises and falls in the forex business is something that usually happens on every forex trader who does business is because of saturation routines so as to restore it should the trader should conduct refresher to refresh the mind and feelings in order to become more relaxed and comfortable in doing business again.
