Most of traders want profit depending upon luck or they think by getting recommendation from any senior or expert trader they will be getting successful. But the main quality is traders need to learn and gain knowledge, then only they will be getting success. SO from day 1 start reading books, and do demo practice then only you will be learning, gaining knowledge as well as you improve your skills, and when you rectify your mistakes and do not repeat then definitely you will be getting success in future.

can ahve the godo gain tradign to learn is very important, "Great leaders are great students" we should never forget that, so to be successful we should be enthusiastic and have an eagerness to learn then only we can become successful. Besides that a constant practice / trading is essential because hands on experience are far more than bookish knowledge. so Learning and practice will make a trader successfull thats what i believe
