some time i discuss with my senior traders about the trading strategy , and i take some advises from the senior traders about the market trend , but i always use my trading strategy according to my own experience . newbies should take experience from the senior traders and practice in the demo account because traders could search huge experience in demo practice .

For me, I like to discuss my analysis with others but not my trade. We mostly discuss about our trades and strategy with our senior traders, because sharing your strategy with our seniors traders enhance our knowledge and they can guide us well because they have greater experience from us. and some time if our strategy is weaker and due to weak strategy we can suffer loss in our trade.
