for sure my dear when we trade forex we all know most traders experience losses due to lack of mastery of emotions. when we are in a state of unstable emotions better to avoid trading. because it would be very dangerous for our account. I prefer not to trade if I have a problem and emotionally unstable. when too much of a problem usually our emotions become unstable.
