I prefer both London and New York sessions for trading and for me starting and ending few hours of both the sessions are very good and productive. I always try to manage my trading time according to both these sessions so that I can earn more in less time by trading only few lots.
best time of trading is when you are free and work with your whole attention.When your mind is totally relaxed and you will are easy it will be best for you to work.
I am happy to trade at night, especially if the market is not volatile, as market movements very slowly and not at high risk, when we are in a volatile market can be very dangerous if we are trading, it seems to meQuote:
