No MT4 and MT% are not same because mt4 is old version and mt5 is latest version. MT4 is good than mt5 because it is old version and it is easy in use . Mostly traders like trade with mt4. It support to all kind of indicators and also templates. Mt5 is latest version and it is hard in use . In these many differences . we cannot say that these both are same.

Muje lagta hai ki mt4 or mt5 same verson nahi hai kunki mt5 mt4 ka advanced updated verson hai.aur log mt4 use karte hai kunki hum isme indicator se trade kar sakte aur mt5 me sab indicator work nahi karte.

i think no no there are a lot of difference between then mt5 have many difficult function and cannot easy to use, the new person cannot use mt5 easily, in other way mt4 is very simple and easy to use every one can easy to work with
