I strongly agree with your opinion, because I think health is very influential in our trade, the Forex business kta required to always think hard, should have a strong mentality in every trade we make, and requires a clear mind, so in my opinion, health is number one.Quote:

the chances for the people trading in forex .. have the chance of getting bad health .. as we all people ... spent lot of time in front of the computer ...
we dont do any exrcises .. and the only thing we do is sit in front of computer .. which affects our eys... hands .. etc ...
so we all must find some time daily to do some exrcise .. it will help us keep fit ... walking would be a great exercise ...
and with bad helth money is of no use .. so first health then ... welth . best of luck to all ...
