Moving Average.

it's good to use Moving Average as indicator for main indicators because many traders said if this indicator has been used
by many traders so using Moving Averaging is good indicator. But you can combine this indicator with another indicators to
make better analysis.

I appreciate your idea of trading but the problem of exponential MA is exactly what you've pointed at last. It tends to react too fast regardless its period as the differnece they make is very few. SMA is the best solution to this problem. I suggest you to use SMA of 30,50 and 100of different color. Between 30 and 50 its dynamic area of resistance and support considering in an uptrend and downtrend. Basically the price movement should never touch the 100 level, once it does; trading plan has to be cancelled. Try it and trust me it works the best among all MA!

I knew about moving average but not clear using it. I have come to know about the use of moving average perfectly from this thread.

Moving Average ki do basic kinds hai jo bohut important hai
1. SIMPLE MOVING AVERAGE (SMA)
2. EXPONENTIAL MOVING AVERAGE (EMA)

Moving averages acts as good support or resistance levels and so provide good opportunity to trade when prices are near these levels and so good bounce back is expected.

moving average is very useful indicator for long time trader. it indicate the clear movement of the price. i use this indicator in 14 and 20 period. MA method is simple and exponential. i open my position when the candle is start to move without touching the indicator.

Its very affective indicator but i think so we should use with these points 14 , 20 , 65 , this is best limits are for indication of rate this result is too good for your trade.
