expert advisor is like a software specially written for making auto trade.You can use it as your wish.They will open and close position as per instruction given.But it is not a good idea to use it.Because this are not so successful i think.Rather do forex yourself.
i think expert advisor is a robot or software that work automatically it will open and close trade for traders according to program and command. i think it is not good for trader, because for using that software you need amount of $10000 capital and you have to give monthly charge for that service. you will get profit 20 to 30 %percent per month. i think a good trader can easily earn that profit with this kind of amount.
one more point: expert advisors (EA's or robots) can be tested on long periods of time. such as last ten years of data. Considering that, one can assume that during that 10 years of testing there have been significant news. If in that testing, the significant news did not change performance (over ten years),

Expert adviser mean that soft ware who automatically trade. In this way system has trade and applied the lots automatically. In this way some times trader bear the loss enough. Some times expert adviser give the sufficient profit. It is risky work to trade with Expert Ad visor.
