Yes I agreed with you. In my view main reasons are lack of knowledge, experience, confidence, no idea how to analyze chart, money management. risk management & control emotions. Because everyone is in hurry, no time for learn, want only money. If a trader want to be successful, he has to ensure these things before start real trading.
We all knew that majority of traders will lose their capital in the first year and many more will be forced to give up. One of the reason why they lose is because they do not proper support or mentor. Almost very well know, successful trading professional has had the benefit of a mentor. A good mentor speeds up the learning process, make themselves personally available to answer to their question and will provide them with strategies that will reduce their chances of failures.
supply and demand for a particular currency, or its relative value, is the driving factors in
determining exchange rates. we should have experience to can deal with this market and reduce our loss as much as we can
I think the failure of a trader depend on some personal matters of a person such as lack of knowledge, experiences, bad emotions, poor money management ability and lack of confidence on decision making process. May be caused some health problems.
you may always target for small take profit like 10 pips.but this will not always help you to protect yourself from looses.there are some traders always put small target and big stoploos.but they still cant gain.if you win 5 positions with target of 10 pips and loose one loose of 50 pips and the result is zero

A trader loss in a forex many causes. Trade in the forex market without the ability to trade accompanied covering analysis, management and control of emotions is good then it will only cause the trader gets loss. They don't use money management and trade big volume with high risk.
We must be careful about overtrading cause that will cause us to lose more money than to earn money or lock profit in forex. i think beginners in live trading are more prone to overtrading and have less time to spent more time in trading.Quote:
