i don't think so that there is a specific time for trading in forex trading market. because we can trade the time as we want.forex trading business closed only in the time of 1am at night and it totally close on the friday night and all saturday it remains close. so excluding these times every time is best for every trader to trade in forex trading market.
the best time to invest in the forex market is that when market is more stable in this way your chances of loss will minimise but if you have lot of investment then you can do when news come .

Scalping is better done when the market is ranging and you must be ready to close your order in case market goes against you by 10 pips.Though it may not be a suitable method of trading for some traders but some people still use it profitably.I will only advise that scalping should be done in the direction of over all trend.
