What will do When you are in low spirit in forex trade?

When ever i receive any immense disadvantage in Forex, i would rather know a alter for 1-2 life and then i came side after researching all my
mistakes i did in my old deals and then i try to disregard them in boost trading.This is my way of dealings with inured dimension in Forex

I am try to search news and analysis for better trade next time or next trade, and also when I see my traded pairs in opposite direction then I am close the platform and wait until the pairs in right position cause in this time I feel very mind pressures. It is very much necessary for all traders to be in good money management cause rules breaking trade make us very disappointed when it come wrong.

that's true, having good community is good to share and makes us motivate in every day trading. i prefer take a rest for few days until i have good spirit again then start trading with fresh mind.

jab mujhe forex me lagatar loss hota hai to me kaf dukhi ho jata hon..aise time pe me market se 1-2 din ka break leta hon uske baad fir se trading start karta hob..mujhe lagta hai ki har trader ko trading hamesha free moind se hi karni chahaiey jisse ki wo zada se zada ache tarike se market ko analyse kar sake

Calm mind and patience iss most neeeded things while doing trading.....and new trader should develop positive attitude.....and if he feel low spirit then he must have confidence ...and should keeps himself emotionally strong

I usually first take some rest with myself and think about my mistakes I've done in previous trades, then I try do consult with pro traders or my friends to get fresh :) after all that start trading more carefully with more confidence :)

Ever i feel low in spirit, i would better not trade and stay away of market for some time, may be concentrate on other things like watching TV talking to friends or some thing like this. And when i feel again i am fine i shall go to trade.

we must have to take rest and must have to analyze our mistakes which we have done in the trades which we have lost because everytime when we do some mistake its for sure that it will surely change itno loss.

forex me bure waqt me trader ko bahut hi shanti se aur samjh se kaam lena chahiye kyunki jab bhi trader ka waqt bura hota hai tab usse amrket ko aur ache se handle karna ana chajaiye taki wo apne losses ko aur kam kar sake aur profit kamaye

we usually decreased spirit if we have a big loss. we do not need to be discouraged. when subjected to this, I always learn more about the strategy I use. look for weaknesses, so that at the time to come, could be better. as encouragement, I also saw biograpi the master trader who has been successful in the forex business. This can be an inspiration for me.
