I totally agree with this thread. Competition is thrown at merchants for real traders and traders demos. When demo merchants participate in such competitions that will increase their responsibility and awareness, since the rewards from here are real money and they can even use them for trading in real accounts. So they do the analysis with more concentration and doing so will increase their confidence level much higher.
