According to your question all the times are best for forex but you need to learn more about forex, and to know about the fluctuations in the forex market, then you can earn more.

Think this is a very difficult task. in my thinking that the every time is good for trade. We are need the strong planning.we are follow the market trend. Than we are abl to work the market and earn the profit. Because follow the trend an earn the profit. With out planning we can not choose the best time.
Actualy , Forex trading is difficult to say at any given time. Because I started Forex for 1 year. I have seen every month time change up and down trade time. Thus, we can not set a specific time each month. My suggestion is that during the first week of the month, you will follow trade in that month. Follow the next week as well as 1 week.
