well not muck i think, but are you believe me if I told you that the 200 simple moving average is the core and the beating heart of my strategy but you have to take care when you using it because you can't rely on it alone you need some filters to take a good decision. so be great amigo.

dear i never use the 200 SMA and i get some point from your post about this system and i try to learn more about the 200 SMA from my senior friends/traders of the forex forum that have know so much about 200 SMA.
Me too i have seen allot of professionals use the 200 sma to determine the trend near term trend of a currency or stock but you have to take care when you using it because you can't rely on it alone you need some filters to take a good decision....
i use the SMA as a filter for my stop of trend, so it calculates moving average of closing prices of last 200 periods that's whay relying on it can give better and better results. But do not use it alone , i use colored MACD as a filter with 200 SMA to determine the trend. keep working like that.
